Situation
The goal was to develop a user friendly SaaS eCommerce platform. The vision was to empower small and medium business owners in Nigeria by providing tools for social marketing, sales, and back-office management. Larvabox led the development of the product, ensuring alignment of the vision with investors and management.
Task
Our task was to oversee the product development lifecycle, from ideation to MVP within 3 months. We created the brand identity, value proposition and product roadmap amongst other key engineering documentation. We employed agile methodologies collaborating with cross-functional teams from the US and Nigeria introduced complexity.
Action
We guided the development journey from ideation to beta release, utilizing agile methodologies for swift iteration. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams ensured that brand identity concepts resonated with the company's vision.
Result
My ShopLauncher successfully delivered punctual, high-quality releases. MSL's launch in the Nigeria market saw hundreds of businesses signing up, showcasing its immediate impact and market acceptance.
